Larry R. Rigsby, age 64, of Murfreesboro, passed away on July 22, 2011. He was a native of Warren County but lived in Murfreesboro for over 40 years. He was a member of Belle Aire Baptist Church and served in the Army National Guard. Larry worked most of his life at Bridgestone then after retiring he began working part time for Kraft.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Arless Rigsby. He is survived by his mother, Evelyn Nelson Rigsby; his wife, Sandy Cantrell Rigsby of Murfreesboro; daughters, Melissa Rigsby of Murfreesboro and Michelle Rigsby (John David) Todd of Lascassas; and two grandchildren, Austin Todd and Chase Todd.
A chapel service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at Jennings and Ayers Chapel with Bro. Dean Sisk officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with Bro. Dean Sisk officiating. Burial will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as active pallbearers.
