The Union Sportsmen’s Alliance is interested in learning more about your outdoor television viewing habits and what we can do to improve our TV show, Brotherhood Outdoors. As a "thank you" for your valuable input, all AFL-CIO union members and/or USA members who complete the survey will automatically qualify to win a U.S. made Beretta 3901 American Citizen shotgun valued at $900.

Rules and Regulations:
Contest void where prohibited by law. One entry per person. To be eligible to win, entrant must be a member of an AFL-CIO union and/or a USA member, a U. S. or Canadian citizen and at least 18 years of age. The prize, as described above, will be awarded to a single winner. The winner will be selected in a random drawing held on or after the deadline listed above. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail or e-mail and must submit a signed copy of a Federal Firearms License (FFL) from his or her receiving dealer. The winner must comply with all federal, state and local laws, and is responsible for all taxes and all amounts charged by the designated FFL for receiving the gun and/or processing the transfer thereof to the winner. If the entrant drawn does not meet all stated requirements, another winner will be randomly drawn.
