The Latest on the Bring Jobs Home Act
For the last two weeks, all across the country, Steelworkers have been making their voices heard by hosting press events, rallies, marching in parades and turning up the heat on their legislators to Bring Jobs Home. Because of the success of these efforts, the Senate wants to slightly delay the vote on the Bring Jobs Home Act in order to allow us more time to keep up our good work. We need to keep the pressure on!

We anticipate a vote in the Senate as early as next week. We need to press our Senators to vote for the legislation and encourage Representatives to cosponsor. Call the Capitol switchboard toll-free at 866-297-3817. Ask each of your Senators to pass the Bring Jobs Home Act (S. 2884). Ask your Representative to cosponsor the Bring Jobs Home Act (H.R. 5542). The following are the current cosponsors:
